Job description:        

Under the supervision of the communications coordinator, the « Jouez gagnant! » program support agent manages and coordinates the operations of the « Jouez gagnant! » program. The « Jouez gagnant! » program support agent’s primary responsibilities are to coordinate matching (schools and speakers) and to provide administrative support to the program officer in the preparation of any other event organized by INS Québec.


The main responsibilities related to the position are as follows:

Operate the lecture request management platform and the administrative services tool to support daily operations; coordinate athlete speakers’ speeches with schools; manage new and existing requests, and school lectures daily, and follow up; send schools speech-related logistical information (dates, times, athletes speakers, etc.); maintaining relationships of trust with athletes and athletes speakers; conduct follow-ups with clients (schools), partners and athletes speakers, ensure their satisfaction and inform the program officer of the results; support the program officer in the coordination of program mini-tours in remote areas for athletes speakers; follow up on program invoices and payments; meet deadlines in order to achieve set objectives; support the program officer in the organization and coordination of special activities; if necessary, contribute to the organization of events involving program athletes; volunteer on INS Québec’s various committees.



A secondary school diploma (DES) or a diploma of professional studies (DEP); a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience; knowledge of or ties to academia would be an asset; proficiency with various office tools and software (Microsoft Office Suite); proficiency in French (verbal and written) and functional English.

Duration:  Temporary position until June 28, 2019

Workplace: Montreal – Olympic Park

Hours of work:  Part-time – 20 hours/week

Start date:    January 2019

Salary:  Hourly salary starting at $16.53/hour
