INS QUÉBEC MARKS NATIONAL COACHES WEEK | #MerciCoach
This year, to mark National Coaches Week from September 19 to 27, the Institut national du sport du Québec wants to put coaches in the spotlight and celebrate their positive impact on the sports community.
This is why we invited coaches from different sports present at the Institute Complex to testify to introduce us to the coaches and mentors who inspired them to choose a coaching career and who had an influence on them.
The different backgrounds of these coaches now working in high performance sport show the extent of the impact that coaches at all levels have on the community. Whether it was the coach who introduced them to the sport, those who accompanied them in high performance sport while they were athletes or a mentor who contributed to the development of their competency of coach, participants thank the people who have influenced their professional lives and helped them become the coach they are today. We also asked them to share with us their vision for coaching.
The testimonies will be shared with articles published on the INS Québec website as well as with videos on the Facebook page.
