The Institut national du sport du Québec (INS Québec) is pleased to announce the arrival of Chantale Philie as Sports Advisor as well as the appointment of Frédéric Tremblay to the role of Supervisor, Performance Services.
Mr. Tremblay has been at the Institut since September 2014 and worked as Sports Advisor for high-performance training groups and provincial sports federations. As Supervisor, Performance Services, he will be mandated to coordinate the department’s partnership activities.

“Frédéric has extensive knowledge of our current files and all of our partners,” explains Marc Schryburt, the Institut’s Vice-President, Performance Services. “He is a trustworthy person whose contribution will be extremely beneficial to Performance Services. Frédéric will also remain based in Quebec City in order to offer the best possible services to sports and federations across of Quebec,” he concludes.

Performance Services will also welcome Chantale Philie on November 19. The new sports advisor has extensive knowledge of Quebec, Canadian and international sports systems.

“Chantale has more than one string to her bow,” says Marc Schryburt. “In addition to project management, parasports and cycling sports are at the forefront of her experience. Her arrival on the team will be an asset for all the training groups and federations with whom she will interact. We are happy to have her join us,” he concludes.
