The eight regional multi-sport training centres form an integral part of the Institut national du sport du Québec network, which also includes seventeen single-sport training centres.

Conseil de développement du sport de Gatineau
The Conseil de développement du sport de Gatineau (CDSG) is an innovative organization that seeks to develop both athletic and organizational excellence. The CDSG’s mission is to provide front-line services to athletes, coaches and others involved in the sports world with a view to achieving optimal performance on the provincial, national and international scenes. The CDSG also wishes to help promote and develop the potential for events in the Outaouais region.

Conseil de développement de l’excellence sportive des Laurentides
The Conseil de développement de l’excellence sportive des Laurentides (CDESL) supports initiatives involving high-performance sports and plays a leadership role in the development of sports in the Laurentides region. Created in 2012, the CDESL offers a range of services, coordinates high-performance sport activities and supports the development of athletes in the ÉLITE, RELÈVE and ESPOIR categories, as well as coaches, managers and service providers active in the region.

Centre régional d’entraînement et d’événements de la Mauricie
With the creation of the Centre régional d’entraînement et d’événements de la Mauricie (CREEM) in 2011, plans for regional development could be put in place with a view to ensuring that the Mauricie region maintained its leadership position. To do so, CREEM’s mission is to mobilize partners in the region to create environments that will stimulate the development of Mauricie’s athletic community.

Excellence sportive de l’Ile de Montréal
The aim of Excellence sportive de l’Île de Montréal (ESIM) is to mobilize and ensure dialogue with various organizations involved, in one way or another, in high-level sports on the Island of Montréal. ESIM’s mission is to contribute to the development of high-level sports by means of programs and services for athletes and others involved in sports, support plans for major sporting events and help mobilize Montréal’s athletic community.

Excellence sportive Québec-Lévis
Excellence sportive Québec-Lévis works to optimize the support and services available to high-performance athletes in the Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches regions. Excellence Sportive Sherbrooke
Founded in 2004, Excellence Sportive Sherbrooke (ESS) is an organization dedicated to the development of high-performance athletes and others involved in high-level sports (coaches, officials, managers, etc.) in the Estrie region by providing guidance and support services in cooperation with other organizations. ESS also advises organizations interested in identifying and securing major sports events, and providing assistance to independent corporations organizing these events.

Excellence Chez Nous is mandated to offer front-line medical and scientific services for next generation athletes as well as offer help for coaches.
