A short track speed skating athlete for more than 20 years, including five years on the national team, Caroline has competed in several World Cups and World Championships. Retired since June 2015, she joined INS Québec in May 2015. Caroline is studying international relations and international law at UQAM.

Technical director of Plongeon Québec from 2005 to 2009, Louise has greatly contributed to the development of sports in the regions of Quebec by establishing numerous development programs. The diversity of her experience in the world of sports is considerable having been involved in various ways, including coaching and event management, but also in masso-kinesitherapy for more than 10 years.  Louise has also participated in numerous major sporting events as a massage therapist, including the 2017, 2015 and 2005 Aquatic World Championships as well as the Rio Olympic Games.

Having a sports background as a national and international athlete and coach, Lu’s knowledge and experience in the field of high-performance sports are considerable. Prior to joining INS Québec, he was an athlete marketing consultant for the Canadian Olympic Committee.  He has also been involved in athlete development through the coordination of the National Fencing Federation’s high-performance program as well as the coaching of university badminton athletes.

A faithful supporter of local athletes, Frédéric has gravitated toward high-performance sports since his professional debut. With a bachelor’s in Business Administration and completing an MBA at Laval University, he works with high-performance training groups and supports provincial federations. He works in Quebec City to provide better service to athletes from all over Quebec.
