KEEP UP YOUR GOOD VIRUS HABITS
Virus season is in full swing. Given the increase in the number of cases of COVID-19 and the transmission of other respiratory viruses in recent weeks, we would like to remind our users of the guidelines issued by Canada’s Sports Medicine Advisory Committee to maintain a safe environment.
Good habits to keep :
Be attentive to your state of health and the appearance of symptoms of infectious respiratory diseases such as fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, runny nose and nasal congestion.
Wearing a mask or face shield reduces the risk of transmission. Wearing a mask or face shield is recommended:
– In busy places, such as public transport;
– If you have symptoms;
– If you’re in contact with someone who has symptoms, such as your roommate;
Vaccination is the best way to protect yourself and others.
