OUR GUARANTEE

Reliability

The experience and expertise of INS Québec staff guarantees that when physical tests are performed, they are done according to a rigorous protocol that ensures the accuracy and reliability of results.

Reproducibility

In a physical assessment context, the selection and assessment protocols are designed to ensure that the results are easy to reproduce when the test is repeated under the same conditions, regardless of which specialist is subsequently called upon to repeat the test. This makes it possible to assess improvement or lack of progress for each variable evaluated.

Speed

The Institute is committed to the efficient planning and delivery of your services, guaranteeing rigorous, realistic and appropriate intervention planning.

INS Québec reserves the right to accept only one-time activities for which:

  • 1) The quality is sufficiently high;
  • 2) The safety of the participants is assured;
  • 3) The proposed tests are appropriate, meet the needs of the sport, and the required material and human resources are available.

Applicants will be invited to consult specialists from INS Québec’s medical or scientific teams when developing or reviewing their applications, to assess them in terms of quality, safety, feasibility and scientific merit.

Services on Demand

Many INS Québec services are available on demand.

These range from medical-scientific assessments (medical pre-season, functional assessment, physical test, VO2Max, etc.) to workshops and conferences (nutrition, mental preparation, physical preparation, etc.).
