INS Québec Network

Regional Multi-sport Training Centers

The eight regional multi-sport training centers are an integral part of the network of the Institut national du sport du Québec.

Their missions is to mobilize regional partners in the creation of environments conducive to the development of sports stakeholders to become a leader in the development of sport in the region

Single-sport Training Centres

The single sport training centers offer discipline-specific coaching and facilities and are aimed at both today’s high performance athletes and those of the next generation.

Resident Sports and HPTG

Resident sports benefit from year-round access to the facilities at the Institut national du sport du Québec complex located at the Olympic Park. They can also count on reserved training spaces that are set up according to athletes’ and coaches’ needs in order to provide conditions on a par with the best practices in the world.

INS Québec Complexe

With its state-of-the-art layout, facilities and equipment, as well as access to professional, technical and technological resources, the INS Québec Complexe located in the Montreal Olympic Park Sports Center is a true environment of optimal performance. so that top athletes and coaches can compete with the best in the world.

COPSI Network

The Institut national du sport du Québec is a member of the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Institute Network (COPSI Network). Comprising three centres and four institutes, this network supports high-performance athletes and coaches across Canada by providing essential services in pursuit of athletic and personal excellence.
