A short-track speed skating athlete, Anne-Clara has been training at INS Québec since 2018. She feels privileged to now be part of the INS Québec Operations team as a Reception Agent. She is currently completing her college studies and hopes to continue her studies at university in criminology.

Clara is a high-level speed skating athlete. She knows the INS Québec Complex by heart, since that’s where she trains!

Dedicated and dynamic, Emmanuelle is proud to be part of the Operations team. She completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration at HEC Montréal while being part of the Carabins’ competitive cheerleading team. After starting her career in an advertising agency, Emmanuelle registered in HEC Montréal’s D.E.S.S. in sports management. It was at this point that she decided to move definitively into the world of sports. She was selected in the first cohort of La Relève du Pôle Sport, which promotes female leadership in the Québec sports industry.

Present at INS Québec as a high-level judo athlete for the past four years and as an employee for the past two, Félix is a student-athlete who attends Collège de Maisonneuve. Pursuing a program in natural sciences, he aspires to become an engineer.

A student at Université de Montréal, Guillermo is beginning his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics, and is also a member of the Carabins rugby team. Having worked as a receptionist at INS Québec for the past two years, he will be delighted to offer you a warm welcome and quality service.

With INS Québec since 2010, Josée has been involved in high-level sports for over 30 years. From her experience as a manager of a national training centre, she understands the importance of detail in the performance of athletes and therefore ensures that the training areas of INS Québec meet the standards of excellence and that the environment is conducive to the development of users’ full potential.

Active in sports from a young age, Laurence began her career in speed skating before switching to soccer, which she played up to the university level.

A former judo athlete at INS Québec, Mathilde joined the Operations team in 2021. She is currently pursuing college studies with the aim of entering university in veterinary medicine.

With a Bachelor’s of International Relations, Sarah gained experience in the sports community by working for 4 years at the Calgary Olympic Ring as a Customer Service Supervisor. Passionate about sports, she feels privileged to pursue her career at INS Québec as an Operations Coordinator since 2014.

Selim joined the INS Québec Operations team in 2025. He is very familiar with the Complex, as he trains there as a gymnast.
