I FILE A COMPLAINT PLATFORM

Integrity protection policy, rules and procedures

Great news for the well-being of the sports community was announced on Monday, February 1st. Thanks to a collaborative work with Isabelle Charest – Member of Parliament for Brome-Missisquoi’s team, the Regroupement Du Loisir Et Du Sport Du Québec, Sport’Aide and the sports federations, the federations will now have access to a turnkey tool to manage cases of abuse and harassment. An excellent initiative that ensures a safe environment for all athletes, coaches and stakeholders in the sports community.

I file a complaint Platform will prioritize the well-being of victims, in addition to ensuring that complaints are dealt with in a professional and fair manner. “This is a huge step forward for the world of sport and I want to thank all of the partners who made this possible. », said the Minister.

By offering this service to the sports community, the organizations involved wish to reaffirm their commitment to protect their members by providing them a safe, fair, and secure environment for all stages and at all levels, whether local, regional, provincial, national, or international.  Any form of abuse, harassment, negligence or violence, physical, psychological or sexual won’t be tolerated, in all programs and activities offered. The provided information will help to act promptly and take reasonable measures to prevent and intervene to stop any form of abuse, harassment, negligence or violence.
