“I file a complaint” Platform

Thanks to a collaborative effort with the team of the Minister of Education, Isabelle Charest, the Regroupement Loisir Sport du Québec, Sport’Aide and the sport federations, the federations have a turnkey tool to manage cases of abuse and harassment. This is an excellent initiative that will ensure a safe environment for all athletes, coaches and stakeholders in the sport community.

The I Complain platform puts the well-being of victims first and ensures that complaints are handled in a professional and fair manner.

There is no situation to be minimalized or to be taken lightly.

This service, which is available to the Quebec sport community, aims to protect the members of sport federations by offering them a safe, fair and trustworthy environment at all levels, whether local, regional, provincial, national or international. The information provided will enable prompt action to be taken to prevent and intervene to stop any form of abuse, harassment, neglect or violence.

For additional information, please refer to the Integrity Protection Policy, Rules and Procedures document.

File a complaint

This complaint form will be transmitted in its entirety to the Complaints Officer of the protection of the integrity in the practice of sport.
In some situations, the complaint may also be forwarded to the chief executive officer or to the president of the organization.
While filing your complaint, you contribute to improve your situation and sports environment by promoting values such as respect, integrity and fairness throughout the organization.
